Learning more about autism is helpful for anyone. If you have been recently diagnosed, are considering pursuing a diagnosis, or simply would like to learn more about the autistic spectrum, this page will give you a good start.

Learning more about autism because it enables you to understand the way an autistic person may see and experience the world around them. If you are autistic, it can be helpful to know that there are other people who may experience the world in a similar way & how to cope with any difficulties. There are a huge number of benefits to autism (for both an individual and for society) and many of these pages look at these too.
